Account & Data Deletion

We respect your right to privacy and data control. In compliance with Google Play and App Store requirements, Lumive provides users with clear and accessible options to delete their account and associated personal data:

• In-App Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the Lumive app. Go to Me > Settings > Delete Account and follow the instructions. Once confirmed, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers, except where retention is required by law.
• Email Request: Alternatively, you may request deletion of your account and data by emailing us at [email protected]. Please include your account details (such as your registered email) so we can process your request promptly.

After your deletion request is processed, your personal data will be removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. If you have any questions about data deletion, please contact us at the email above.
